How our charges work

- All prices subject to VAT.
- Minimum one hour charge, thereafter rounded up in half hour increments.
- Collection of non-stock materials is chargeable; time is kept reasonable, and you will be told if collection is likely to take over 60 minutes.
- Consulting, inspecting and advising is chargeable.
- 50% uplift for work between 7pm and 7am.
- 50% uplift for same-day emergency callouts.
- 50% uplift for Sundays and bank holidays.
- Larger works may require a free provisional visit for an estimate.
- Any discounts are at Brad Sinfield’s discretion.
