In today’s fast moving industry it is more important than ever to stay up-to-date with technologies and safety regulations. So training is a vital part for the whole team. Our engineers regularly attend industry training and refresher courses.
We hold qualifications in all services previously mentioned, as well as plumbing certified to NVQ level 3 and unvented hot water servicing and installation.
We endeavour to offer a polite and friendly service. The term “Good manners cost nothing” is something we strongly believe in.
We also try as hard to ensure your property gets the same level of respect as we give to you. Simple respectful considerations such as laying dust sheets and cleaning up after a job is all part of what we do.
We always aim to be approachable and, rather than working for someone, believe it is more important to work with them. We apply this to both our clients and contractors.
